The Role
We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator to support and manage our core business applications, helping ensure systems run smoothly, data stays clean, and users get the tools they need to do their best work. You’ll work across platforms like Salesforce, Simpro, Unleashed, and Power BI — troubleshooting, configuring, and contributing to system improvements and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support key business systems:
- Salesforce, Simpro, Unleashed, Power BI, and internal custom apps
- Provide user support and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis
- Administer user access, permissions, and system configurations
- Maintain high data quality and perform regular system checks
- Support and maintain existing Power BI reports
- Scope and support new reporting requirements in collaboration with Power BI partners
- Use Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and business analysis
- Help implement new features, integrations, and system upgrades
- Coordinate IT projects (e.g. Salesforce enhancements, new tool rollouts)
- Work with business teams to understand workflows and recommend improvements
- Ensure system availability, backup routines, and basic security controls
- Document system configurations, usage policies, and support procedures
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in system administration, business analysis, or technical support
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
- Salesforce, Simpro, Power BI, Unleashed, Excel/VBA
- Solid understanding of user permissions, workflows, and system management
- Experience in data manipulation and basic transformation/reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
