Key Requirements:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all digital and physical customer touchpoints.
  • Be the lead on all video and photography endeavours - planning, coordinating, and executing video and photography projects to support Marketing, Sales, and HR objectives.
  • Be the lead on all design work (supported by the wider marketing team), creating high-quality pieces in line with our brand guidelines to be utilised by our sales and project teams.
  • Creation of short-form content and digital assets to be used across all social media channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - ensuring content is suitable for the specified target audience and tailoring where applicable.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on new website build, creating high-quality, engaging content to be used on the website and contributing to ideas regarding design, such as images/videos and overall UX.
  • Assist the Digital and Events Assistant with content for digital marketing campaigns such as website updates, SEO, email marketing, social media, PPC and paid advertising.
  • Lead video/photography capture of all events such as Harmony Foundation, Training Days, Exhibitions and Internal Events, including creating bespoke edits for showcase at exhibitions.
  • Own the entire process of content creation in regards to research and planning, writing clear briefs/storyboards including logistics, approval (internal and external), travel and budget, taking care to evaluate projects post-completion to ensure that we have achieved our goal and identify any key areas for improvement.
  • Management of all creative assets, ensuring they are securely stored, structured and easily searchable internally and externally.
  • Contribute to thought leadership/training through the creation of supporting design work and video/photographic soundbites that can be utilised across various channels.
  • Assist the Sales team with customer case studies, including client and resident testimonials and capture of on-site works, showcasing our in-house capabilities.
  • Assist the HR team with the creation of content to support recruitment.
  • Measure the performance of videos - gain feedback from the Sales team when used for client viewing, such as pitches and work closely with the Digital and Events Assistant to analyse performance on social media.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends (digital, social media and industry) and use research to contribute to creating new ideas or campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify any visual/content opportunities.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in any other duties as required.
