We’re now hiring an IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our IT Support Team and ensure the smooth, secure, and reliable operation of all Group systems. Reporting directly to the Group IT Director, this role is central to supporting our digital infrastructure, leading new IT projects, and driving cyber security compliance across the business.
Key aspects of the role
- Manage the daily operations of the IT Support Team across the Group.
- Ensure the smooth running of key systems including:
- Office 365
- Salesforce
- Simpro
- Unleashed
- Xero
- Power BI
- Unifi Network
- Custom internal systems
- Excel tools
- Provide leadership in business systems management and ERP functionality.
- Oversee cyber security for the Group, including Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Support the IT Team with first-line requests, out-of-hours fixes, and cover during staff absence.
- Manage procurement of new IT equipment and oversee IT setup for new or refurbished offices.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, backed up, and available at all times.
- Lead on new IT projects, including:
- ISO 27001 implementation
- Salesforce development and integrations (in collaboration with partners)
- Power BI reporting and new dashboards with department heads and external partners
- New phone system replacement
- SharePoint site development
- Onboard new starters with IT and telephony setup to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with regional and international offices, this will include travel.
- Oversee management of key in-building systems and general facilities-related IT support.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of broad IT generalist experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin centre and Intune device management.
- Strong background in Unifi network administration.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven IT project management experience.
- Experience with Simpro is advantageous.
