Key aspects of the role
· The role involves carrying out fire door installations, repairs, maintenance and fire stopping, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.
· To be able to cover most aspects of property maintenance to enable you to complete all parts of a job in one visit as a first time fix rather than just your core trade.
· To undertake all works in a safe and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
· Accurately recording all activities on company software system including capturing photos and updating job records.
Key requirements
· Confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
· Good time management and ability to cope with pressure and manage own workload and work to deadlines.
· Willingness to learn, act with integrity and work as a team player.
· Motivated and enthusiastic individual with positive can-do attitude
