We are expanding a new Fire Consultancy business unit, designed to establish Harmony as one of the leading technical consultancies within life safety. Our London consultancy hub works across fire engineering, FRAEW, external wall systems, risk assessments and strategic advisory services. As the team grows, high-quality project support is essential to maintaining strong client outcomes, compliance and operational excellence.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the Fire Consultancy division operates efficiently and effectively. This position sits at the heart of the team and is responsible for supporting project coordination, client communication, reporting, scheduling and operational control.

You will work closely with senior consultants, engineers and the Operations Director to keep delivery on track, manage administrative workflows, and ensure high-quality data, documentation and reports are produced. This is a role for someone who is highly organised, confident with data, tech-savvy, and motivated to be part of a new and growing consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Consultancy team
  • Manage diaries, schedule site visits and support workload planning
  • Create structured folder systems and maintain documentation for client projects
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with compiling reports for Board-level review
  • Work competently with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Create pivot tables, analyse datasets and support management reporting
  • Support the use of SaaS platforms to assist with contractor scheduling and evidence capture
  • Help track project performance, operational metrics and deliverables
  • Support continuous improvement within the growing consultancy function

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative or project support experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with data, reporting and pivot tables
  • Confident communicating with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of fire safety legislation beneficial but not essential
  • Ideally working towards or holding NEBOSH Level 3 Fire Risk Management
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Able to work independently within a small, fast-paced consultancy environment
