Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have an opportunity for a Service Engineering Supervisor working within our Service Team.

Key Requirements:

  • Line management of a team of Service Engineers, ensuring required levels of safety, Customer satisfaction, quality & productivity are consistently achieved. 
  • The role will also include carrying out jobs yourself, as required, including PPMs, Remedials, Installations and Callouts. 
  • Addressing Customer issues and resolving queries relating to a wide range of service & install activities. 
  • Responsible for engineer auditing, mentoring, PDPs, identifying training requirements, maintaining the competency matrix and general supervision & support. 
  • Providing specific support to our Apprentice Service Engineers, to ensure their progress is monitored and their development is positive. 
  • Checking Engineer OOH Overtime Claims, to ensure their accuracy & validity. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a robust OOH Callout Rota. 
  • Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider Harmony Team. 
  • Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.  
  • The role will be primarily field based but will also involve some time in the office.
